At Iconic Displays, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

   • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

   • Customized, branded, or made-to-order items (e.g., signage, branded apparel, printed materials) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. Return Process:

   • Email connect@iconicdisplays.co.za with your order details and reason for return.

   • If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

   • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds & Exchanges:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

   • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items.

   • Items not in their original condition or returned beyond the 7-day window.
