   • Customized and branded orders (e.g., signage, branded workwear) require additional production time, typically 5-10 business days after artwork approval.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

   • Gauteng: Direct delivery within 3-5 business days.

   • Other Provinces: Courier delivery within 5-7 business days.

   • International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping but plan to expand.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

   • Free shipping may be available for bulk orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking:

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
